Personally, I prefer to update drivers manually anyhow, by running the DDU (Display driver uninstaller) prior to installing a new version and then installing the newer driver if I choose to. If you've got enough juice to game and record/stream without it having an effect on your gaming performance, then by all means go for it. So if you don't have a fast chip, enough RAM and a big card, you might not want them running at all or you may find yourself having some slight to moderately lower performance characteristics.
